国际贸易：改证是什么？

（一）改证概述

信用证经过全面的审核后 ，如发现信用证存在问题 ，应及时通知国外客户通过开证行进行改证。 改证时一般应掌握以下几点 ：

（１）一份信用证如有几处需要修改 ，应集中一次通知开证人办理修改 。 要避免一改再改 ，因为这样既增加双方的费用又浪费时间 ，而且还会产生不良影响 。

（２）修改信用证的要求一般应用电讯通知开证人 ，同时应规定一个修改书的最后期限 。

（３）对收到的信用证修改通知书应认真进行审核 ，如发现修改的内容有误或我方不能同意的 ，出口企业有权拒绝修改 。

（４）根据枟UCP６００枠的规定 ，一份信用证的修改通知书的内容要么全部接受 ，要么全部拒绝 ，不能接受其中一部分而拒绝另一部分 。

（５）信用证修改的通知书必须由原通知行转递或通知 ，如由开证人或开证行直接寄给出口企业的应提请原证通知行证实 。

（二）改证英语函电

１ ．写信的要点（w riting skills ）

（１）确定收到信用证 ，指出不符点 。

（２）要求改证 ，对不符点内容的修改 。

（３）望早日收到修改书。

２ ．常用句型（sentence patterns）

句型１ ：指出不符点

（１） We have received your L ／C No ．１２３ ，but find it contains the following discrepan‐ cies and would request you to make the following amendments ：

我们已收到你方１２３ 号信用证 ，但发现其中有下列不符合点 ，请对信用证作如下修改 ：

（２）Thank you for your L ／C No ．１２３ ，but we regret to say that we have found a num‐ ber of discrepancies ，Please amend the L ／C as follow s ：

感谢你方第 １２３ 号信用证 ，但我们遗憾地发现其中有一些不符点 ，请对信用证作如下修改 ：

（３）Referring to L ／C No ．１２３ ，we must point out that the unit of quantity does not conform to the Contract ．

关于第 １２３ 号信用证 ，我们必须指出数量单位与合同不符 。

句型２ ：不符点内容的修改

（１）To add the clause “ ．．．” ：增加“ ．．．”条款

（２）To  insert  the word（s）“ ．．．”before  ／after／between ：在 ．．．之前／之后／之间加入 ．．．

（３）To  increase the amount  of  ．．．from  ．．．to  ．．．：把金额由 ⋯ ⋯ 增加到⋯ ⋯

（４）To delete the clause／the words ．．．：删除⋯ ⋯ 条款／词

（５） “ ．．．”should read “ ．．．” ：“ ⋯ ⋯ ”应改为“ ⋯ ⋯ ”

（６）Please amend “ ．．．”instead of  “ ．．．” ：请将“ ⋯ ⋯ ”修改为“ ⋯ ⋯ ”

句型３ ：要求尽快修改

time （１）Please amend the L ／C as soon as possible so as to enable us effect shipment in

请尽快修改信用证以便我们按时装运 。

（２）Please adjust the credit immediately so that we can make arrangements to ship the goods in time ．

请马上修改信用证 ，以便我方按时交货 。

（３）Your early amendment to the L ／C will be highly appreciated ．

请尽快修改信用证 ，甚为感谢 。

３ ．信函示例及译文（sample letters and Chinese versions ）

Dear Sirs ，

Your Credit No ．１２３４５ issued by the Bank of ABC Development has duly arrived ．On perusal ，we find transshipment and partial shipments are not allowed ．

Please amend the Credit to read “ transshipment and partial shipments are allowed ” ．

Please insert the word “about”before the quantity in the Credit ．

As the goods have been ready for shipment for some time ，please fax the amendment

without fail ． Yours truly
